These General Terms and Conditions of Sale have as their object the purchase of products made on the website www.romydance.it /.com, henceforth appointed as Romy Dance. Each purchase transaction will be governed by the provisions of D. L. n. 185/99 and, as regards the protection of confidentiality, will be subject to the legislation referred to in Law 675/96
ACCEPTANCE OF THE GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE
The Customer, with the electronic submission of the confirmation of his purchase order, unconditionally accepts and undertakes to observe in his relations with, the general conditions and payment transcribed below, declaring to have read and accepted all the indications to be provided, in accordance with the aforementioned regulations, also acknowledging that Romy Dance does not consider itself bound to different conditions unless previously agreed in writing.
Romy Dance considers the contract definitively concluded, except in cases of return or withdrawal, at the time of delivery of the product to the Carrier.
Before this time, the availability of the product and the payment of the same can be made by bank transfer or credit card.
The orders sent will be delivered within 24/72 hours, subject to items temporarily unavailable or that must go into production, for which it ensures delivery within 5/6 weeks.
If production problems do not result in the possibility of making the required shoes, Romy Dance may decide to cancel your order and return what you have paid without any surcharge or interest.
Buying products from Romy Dance, the Customer declares under his own responsibility to be over 18 years old. Orders of minors will not be accepted.
These Terms of Sale must be examined online by Romy Dance customers, before confirming the purchase.
The submission of the order confirmation therefore implies full knowledge of the Conditions of Sale, and their total acceptance.
The Customer agrees and obliges, once the online purchase procedure is concluded, to print and keep these Conditions of Sale, already viewed and accepted during the purchase process, in order to fully satisfy the condition referred to in Articles. 3 and 4 of the D.L. n. 185/1999.
Romy Dance (www.romydance.it /.com) is an online site selling dance shoes, clothing and accessories.
Purchases of the products, available as described and described, are made by the Customer at the indicated price, plus transport and insurance costs, equal to Euro 13.00 for Italy and Euro 19,00/45,00 for EU countries.

The Products are represented and made visible on the site accurately and corresponding to the real characteristics.
Romy Dance, in any case, is not able to guarantee the exact correspondence to reality in relation to images and colors as they appear on the Client’s monitor.
Before confirming the order, the customer will be summarized the unit cost of each product chosen, the total cost in case of purchase of multiple products and transport costs.
By confirming the order, upon completion of the contract, the Customer will receive an email, acceptance and delivery details.
The prices of the items indicated on the site are considered final to the consumer.
Prices may be subject to change for possible promotions.
The price valid for the purposes of the contract is the one visible at the time the order is sent.
Check that you have correctly entered your data: it is important that the address indicated is easily traceable by the courier; we also suggest a job for you or an acquaintance of yours.
Check that you have correctly entered your telephone number, and your e-mail address: if there are problems with the fulfillment or delivery of the order it is important that we can trace you in order to agree any changes.
Payment of the purchased products and the relative shipping costs must be made by the Customer at the time of sending the order confirmation, by:
- Use of one of the credit cards available and indicated online
- Bank transfer
- Pay securely with your PayPal account:
PayPal ensures your purchases with the most used payment system on the internet. Please note that the financial information (card number, date of expiration, etc.) will be automatically managed by the secure server of PayPal, without Romy Dance or third parties in any way having access to it.
- Bank Transfer: To be done before shipment of the goods. The notification of payment must be reported by sending an email to email@example.com
SHIPPING COSTS: They are those automatically calculated by the site.
ORDERS PROCESSING: Orders are processed upon inspection by Romy Dance on the accuracy of Personal Data and contact details provided by the Customer. Romy Dance has in stock at its Italian or European sites, most of the products on the site, so all orders will normally be shipped on Tuesday or Thursday with variable delivery from 24 hours to 7 days depending on the destination address. As already specified if the product is not available in our warehouses, delivery will take 5/6 weeks.
CHANGE OF GOODS the customer wishes to change the size of the product just received, he must report it to Customer Service (no later than 14 days from receipt of the goods) by sending an email to firstname.lastname@example.org the customer will return goods at his own expense.
Romy Dance, received the product (in its original packaging) will verify its integrity and at its expense will send the product back to the customer in the new size required. It is understood that the possibility of change size / product is valid only once per order and is not feasible for items ordered by the customer and put into production specifically for him.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Pursuant to and within the limits of the D.L. 185 of 22/05/1999 the customer has the right to withdraw from the purchase, if not satisfied, by sending, by and no later than 14 working days from receipt of goods, an email to email@example.com. The methods and times of return are the same as indicated in the previous point. The D. L. also provides that the essential condition to be able to use the Right of Withdrawal is that the goods are returned intact and in the original packaging, and that the cost for shipping costs is charged to the customer. According to the D.L. 185/99 it is specified that the right of withdrawal is exclusively reserved for Customers definable as “consumers” and that is to the natural persons who purchase the products for their own use and act for purposes not related to the professional activity carried out, with exclusion therefore of traders and resellers or purchases to ASA or Sports Associations in general.
REFUNDS If the Customer, for any reason, wishes to return the goods, he will be entitled to a refund of the price paid for the product purchased, under the terms and conditions of the Right of Withdrawal. Shipping charges are the responsibility of the Customer. The refund will be made in full, excluding shipping costs, within 15 days. by bank transfer to the coordinates indicated by the customer.
APPLICABLE REGULATIONS TO THE CONTRACT: For everything that is not expressly provided for and regulated in the present sales conditions, the Italian law in force applies.
RECLAMES AND GUARANTEES: The products purchased on the www.romydance website. com / it are subject to the regulations, as applicable, as per Legislative Decree 2.2.2002 n. 24 (G.U. N. 57, 8.3.2002) on sales contracts and guarantees concerning consumer goods and, as far as it is not contemplated, to the specific provisions envisaged in this regard by the Civil Code. This warranty will apply to the product that presents defects of conformity and / or malfunctions not found at the time of purchase, provided that the product is used correctly and with due diligence, that is respecting its destination. The aforementioned guarantee will not be applicable in case of negligence, carelessness in the use and maintenance of the product. The guarantee is personal and will therefore apply only to the original purchaser, being reserved for direct customers and not for traders, dealers, etc. Any defect in the products must be reported in writing by the customer within the legal deadline at the time of return of the defective product, which must be previously agreed with Romy Dance. All returned products will be returned at Customer’s expense.
